A role-balanced event
To ensure the best experience for all, this event is role-balanced. For such purpose, you may only register in couples. You and your dance partner may choose to share a double room or opt for a single room. You may also arrange with other participants to share double rooms with friends you feel more comfortable living with.
booking and cancellation policy
1) Fill in the application
2) If you don’t have a partner, you’ll be placed on the waiting list. If you have a partner, you’ll receive an invoice for the sum of the deposit.
3) Pay the deposit within 20 days to confirm your booking.
Double room deposit: 530 euros per person
Single room deposit: 490 per person
After early bird is over (from March 1), the deposit values are increased by 100 euros.
Cancellation between May 1 and June 21 will result in a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations between June 21 and July 6 will not be refunded.
At the time of arrival, you will need to pay in cash:
